Brand name monitoring
Find every mention of your brand in AI answers.
AI models mention brands by full name, abbreviation, old name, misspelling, and nickname, often in the same paragraph. llmeknow identifies every brand and entity mention across AI responses, groups the variants into one clean entity, and tracks each entity across models, segments, and research waves.
The problem
Counting mentions is harder than it looks
Ask five AI models about banking and the same institution appears as "FNB", "First National Bank", and "firstnational" across the responses. Count those as three brands and every metric downstream is wrong: share of voice splits across the variants, trends jitter, and the competitor comparison cannot be trusted.
Keyword matching does not fix this. It misses variants you did not predict, and it matches your brand name inside another company’s name. Reliable measurement needs entity recognition.
How it works
How mentions are identified
llmeknow reads every AI response and identifies the entities in it: brands, products, or any category your research defines. Each mention is captured with its surrounding context, so you can see what your brand was credited with and which competitors it was compared against.
Variant names are grouped automatically into a single canonical entity, so "FNB" and "First National Bank" count as one brand with one share-of-voice number. The grouping is reviewable: you can inspect how names were grouped, merge entities the automation kept apart, and split ones it should not have joined.
Beyond brands
Track any entity class your research needs
Brand names are the default, not the limit. llmeknow tracks whatever entity classes your research defines, extracted from the same responses in the same pass:
- Competitors: every rival AI mentions alongside you, including ones you did not list.
- Attributes: the qualities AI attaches to brands (affordable, premium, slow, trusted).
- Pain points: the problems AI says customers in your category experience.
- Products and services: specific offerings AI names when it recommends.

In the product
Every mention, highlighted in its response
Metrics stay connected to evidence. The response explorer shows every AI answer with entity mentions highlighted in place, so you can read exactly how your brand came up. Entity management lets you review the taxonomy: rename display labels, merge duplicates, and reclassify entities as your research sharpens.
From there, the standard measurement applies: share of voice by model and segment, top-of-mind recall, characterisation, and wave-over-wave trends, all computed on clean deduplicated entities.
