This notice explains how Murmur Intelligence (Pty) Ltd ("we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on llmeknow.

1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website stores on your device. Some cookies last only until you close your browser (session cookies), while others stay on your device for longer (persistent cookies). Cookies set by us are first-party cookies; cookies set by other companies whose services we use are third-party cookies.

2. The cookies and similar technologies we use

Essential	Authentication cookies keep you signed in and secure your session. The app does not work without them. The consent banner also sets a first-party cookie (cookieyes-consent) that records your banner choices so we can honour them on later visits. Analytics	PostHog (EU-hosted) measures how the site and product are used, for example page views and button clicks. Unless you refuse the analytics category, PostHog may store a durable identifier so we can recognise return visits. If you refuse, identifiers stay in page memory only and are gone when you leave. Advertising	Google Ads tags run under Google Consent Mode v2: advertising storage and personalisation stay switched off until you accept the advertising category. 3. Managing your preferences

On your first visit we show a consent banner (CookieYes) where you can accept or refuse each category. You can change your choice at any time: the floating cookie-settings control on the site reopens the banner. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but the app may not work without the essential cookies.
