Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to all payments made to MurmurInt ("we", "us") for use of thellmeknowplatform ("Service"). Payments are processed by Paystack. By completing a payment you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.

1. Subscription fees

Subscription charges are billed monthly in advance. Once a billing period has started, the subscription fee for that period is non-refundable. Your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period regardless of when you cancel.

2. Seven-day satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your first subscription payment and have not executed any campaign runs during the seven (7) days following that payment, you may request a full refund of the subscription fee within that window. To claim this, email [email protected] with your account email address and Paystack payment reference. This guarantee applies to the first payment on a new subscription only.

3. Credits

llmeknow credits are a prepaid balance used for AI usage and additional campaign slots. Credits do not expire.

  • Unused credits — credits that have not been consumed may be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Contact us at [email protected] with your payment reference and the amount you wish to refund.
  • Used credits — credits that have already been consumed (applied to campaign runs or LLM usage) are non-refundable.

4. How to cancel your subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. There are no cancellation fees or penalties. After cancellation:

  • Your access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made.
  • Any remaining credit balance is retained and can be used until it is exhausted or refunded.
  • Campaign data and results are preserved and remain accessible in read-only mode.

5. Failed payments

If a scheduled subscription payment fails, we will retry the charge. If payment is not collected within three (3) business days, your account will be moved to a suspended state. You will be notified by email and can resolve the issue by updating your payment method in Settings → Billing. No data is deleted during suspension.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with:

  • your account email address
  • the Paystack payment reference (visible in Settings → Billing → Transaction History)
  • the reason for the request

We will respond within two (2) business days. Approved refunds are processed by Paystack and typically reach your account within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank.

7. Disputes

Before raising a dispute with your bank or card issuer, please contact us at [email protected] within 60 days of the charge. We aim to resolve all billing issues promptly and fairly. Paystack transaction processing fees are non-refundable in all cases.

8. Price changes

We will provide at least 30 days written notice (by email to your registered address) before any change to subscription pricing takes effect. Continued use of the Service after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
